RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
PLEASE NOTE: All purchases bought in any of our year-round sales (both past and present) are FINAL SALE. We cannot refund or exchange ANY discounted items purchased if they have been featured as a sale offer. The information below does not apply if your purchase is a sale item.
Not completely satisfied with your order? We’ll try to make it right for you!
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of items purchased in-store within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
Items must be in original new condition with tags. We cannot accept returns and exchanges if a product is damaged, used, dirty, altered, washed or dry cleaned. We may refuse a return at our discretion if we believe the product to not be in its original condition or if it does not follow the above guidelines.
Products purchased in-store at Imperative may only be returned or exchanged in-person during our retail hours, for details regarding our store hours and location click here. When authorized, returns may be issued in the form of store credit on a physical gift voucher. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer direct refunds on purchases to your method of payment. We can only offer it in the form of physical store credit.
If a product purchased is considered defective and you are unable to return it in-person for a refund, you may ship the product back to us at your own expense. For more information about this process please email info@imperativelife with your order number in the subject and pictures of your item.
Unfortunately all Hair, Face & Body items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
