Imperative November Staff Picks
Welcome to our first Imperative Staff Picks blog!

Each month our team will be sharing their fave vegan clothing, shoes, and accessories straight from the shop floor.

With the nights drawing in and the temperature dropping, our November picks will prepare you for staying cozy, comfy and stylish without animal exploitation.

Hoodlamb Vegan Hemp Parka worn by model in front of Imperative All Vegan Everything Sign in gold

Jim: W19 Nordic Parka in Midnight Blue by Hemp Tailor
Hoodlamb Nordic Parka Vegan Hemp Winter Coat in Blue
“I bought this jacket when it first arrived in 2017 and totally love it! Hemp Tailor (formerly known as Hoodlamb) discontinued the Midnight Blue colour for their winter 2018 collection and many customers asked for it to return, so I’m glad they’ve brought it back!

“This vegan winter jacket is so warm and the faux fur lining, made from recycled PET and hemp, makes you feel like you're being hugged by a bear. I love that Hoodlamb ensure that all of their products are ethically made with hemp and all vegan materials.”
Ellie: Weekend Reversible Puffer by For All Kind

"The Weekend Reversible Puffer by Toronto's For All Kind is the perfect vegan bomber jacket. You can tell a lot of effort was put in by their team to make a high quality bomber that will last.

"This fashionable yet functional jacket suits a variety of outfits thanks to its reversible design and suits everyone who tries it on!"

Bare English Vegan Cruelty Free Lip Balm Various Flavors

"Without a doubt my staff pick has got to be our Bare English Lip Balms. These Canadian-made lip balms are perfect for preventing chapped lips during  the colder fall and winter season.

"Although lip balm is readily available, many of them sadly contain beeswax or made by a company that tests on animals. Bare English Lips Balm is not tested on animals, does not contain any animal ingredients like beeswax and is 100% vegan. I like Bare English because they use organic ingredients like green tea and boast a wide variety of flavors from London Fog Latte, Caramel Popcorn and Mango Acai. When I start my Christmas gift shopping this year, I'll definitely be adding our vegan lip balms as a lovely stocking stuffer!"

Sharna: Kensington Rain Boots in Black by Cougar
Cougar Kensington Waterproof Rain Boots in Walnut Grey

“The Kensington Rain Boots by Cougar are perfect for when I’m heading to work in a downpour. These vegan rain boots are completely impermeable and seamless thanks to their glossy rubber upper, so they’re heavy duty yet manage to be ultra comfy.

“I love that their classic Chelsea boot design means these hardy vegan rain boots genuinely do not look like rain boots at first glance! I can wear these to work when I’m on my feet all day and they blend in nicely with my work clothes without looking bulky. I currently own just the Kensingtons in Black but I have a feeling I’ll be unable to resist our Crimson, Nude and Walnut colours!”
